Father Leduc Officially Opens Playground

Father Leduc Catholic School staff, students, community and parish partners celebrated the grand opening of the school’s new playground October 23, 2017.
The playground came through a partnership of the school, the Government of Alberta, City of Leduc, Father Leduc School Council, St. Benedict's Fundraising Society (PEACE). Students and families were involved, voting on the playground themes.
MLA Shaye Anderson, Father Silvichan, Superintendent Dr. Troy Davies, STAR Catholic Board Chair and Leduc Trustee Michelle Lamer, Leduc Trustee Shaun Meaden, Mayor Greg Krischke, Mayor-Elect Bob Young, Counsellor Glen Finstad, City Manager Paul Benedetto, School Council Treasurer Natasha Wice, students and staff of Father Leduc Catholic School were all in attendance.
